信用卡销售主管

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、Establish credit card direct sales team;
2、 Lead sales team to deliver business goal;
3、 Conduct team training, motivation and coaching to improve sales productivity;
4、 Lead and coach team to deliver excellent service and ensure sales quality;
5、 Work with product manager in sales training, process and fulfillment;
6、Build risk concept to sales team to cooperate with risk management to maintain satisfied service quality;
7、 Ensure sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory framework.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1、Excellent sales coaching skill and management skill;
2 、Minimum 2 years of direct sales or 1 year sales management experience in credit card/ insurance/ personal loan or related finance products;
3、 Excellent service and working attitude, able to perform under pressure, is sales driven and able to motivate and coach effective;
4、Strategic in thinking, meticulous and disciplined in execution;
5、Possess knowledge of risk management.
